Website Design FAQ

Guaranteed Google Page One Results Guarantee?

No one can guarantee a page one result let alone #1 ranking on Google.
Beware of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings, allege a "special relationship" with Google, or advertise a "priority submit" to Google. There is no priority submit for Google. In fact, the only way to submit a site to Google directly is through our Add URL page or by submitting a Sitemap and you can do this yourself at no cost whatsoever.
Google's comment on Guaranteeing Page One Results.

Why logic makes claims to guarantee page one results a lie. There are ten spots on page one. I have yet to find less than ten websites for any given keyword. There are more than ten SEO companies so unless your SEO Company is the majority shareholder in Google, which I doubt, dismiss their claim as a method to persuade you to utilise their services. Most of this type of SEO Company would have taken lots of your money before you realise that their promise of Page One Results is a fake. See the proper SEO solution...

Where is the best place to advertise?

Experts predict that Internet advertising in the South Africa (SA) will continue to be the best advertising medium in this current economic recession for some time still to come. This is because the web is one of the most affordable ways to market your business. With growing access from more cost effective ADSL packages on offer, more consumers are doing more online research before making any purchases. See the Online Advertising solution...

Free Website Design?

Free websites are they really free? Having someone you know design your website at no cost could be a COSTLY mistake.

Why is this? Websites are easy to design but unfortunately to make them work is difficult and time consuming. In general search engine optimisation is way beyond the scope of understanding of your free website designer. If your website ends up not attracting traffic through search engines you will be losing out of valuable potential income. The longer you leave it the more you are actually losing. At the end of the day your free website will cost you a fortune in lost income. See the Website Design solution....

What's wrong with my website?

Before you give up on your poor performing website consider the number of websites in use today and ask yourself, can they all be so wrong and gaining nothing out of such a vast network? Obviously not. So here are the most common mistakes made while developing a website resulting in poor online marketing performance.

1. No real defined objective for the website and what the web site should achieve.
2. Inadvertently targeting your website to the wrong audience.
3. Incorrect site structure and awkward usability.
4. No effort creating reciprocal linking structures and benefiting from networking.
5. No effort in fine tuning for the required target market response.
6. No understanding for the need of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
7. Lack of maintenance and content management.
8. Incorrect website performance evaluation resulting in less input effort.
9. Incorrect cost and loss evaluation of doing this yourself.

Addressing the above basic website design tasks correctly would ensure that your online presence would outweigh the majority. See the Website Development solution...

Is my website working?

To determine if a website is working or not you would need to establish a goal(s) that you would want to have your website achieve. This goal will result in the establishment of a Conversion Ratio as a Key Performance Indicator. This key indicator is the ratio between the total number of visitors that access your site to those that completed a predetermined Goal or objective.

Each website would have its own Goal(s). This could be the number of visitors to a site compared to the number of visitors making a purchase or even just the number of visitors viewing certain pages or finding answers to their questions on your frequently asked questions (FAQ) page.

The higher the Key Performance Indictor ratio the better your website is working or performing and hence improving on your return on investment (ROI) See the Website Analysis solution...

Why a managed website?

Your website is your only sales representative in the world wide web, an area way bigger with so much more sales potential than any region a human sales rep would be expected to cover alone. So why should this online internet agent, within the biggest sales arena, not have to be accountable, have no support or feedback structures in place and is free to perform or not to perform?

We all know that a bad sales representative can do more harm to a company than good. This also applies to your website. However, poor performing sales representatives are trained, have to attend sales meetings and give marketing feedback before they are fired. So why not apply these same principles to your online sales agent? See the Website Control solution....
